Belzona 1121 Super XL-Metal an epoxy-based repair composite with extended working life for metal repair.

Belzona 1121

Overview

A two-component metal repair and surface restoration composite, reinforced with a silicon-steel alloy and based on 100% solid (solvent-free) epoxy resin. This repair material has been developed to offer an extended working time, particularly for large-scale applications requiring higher volumes of material or to ensure a sufficient working time at high temperatures. Belzona 1121 (Super XL-Metal) is corrosion-resistant and exhibits excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals. It can be easily mixed and applied without the need for specialised tools, and once fully cured, it can be machined using standard tools (lathe, milling machine, etc.) in conventional machining operations.
