Overview
Belzona 7311 is a highly fatigue-resistant adhesive optimised for bonding applications requiring high mechanical strength, cleavage resistance and shear resistance. Belzona 7311 is ideal for bonding applications subjected to cyclic and repetitive loads.
As a specially designed adhesive, Belzona 7311 offers an excellent alternative to mechanical fasteners. It also provides an alternative to welding, eliminating the need for hot work and delivering a safe, high-performance solution. This product is easy to mix and requires no specialist tools or equipment during application or curing; it is suitable for both dry and wet working conditions up to 60 °C (140 °F).
Thanks to the comprehensive performance data obtained during the development and testing of Belzona 7311, customers can carry out finite element analysis (FEA) and model bonded assemblies. This enables customers to simulate the stresses to which the adhesive will be subjected throughout its service life and to be confident that the Belzona 7311 solution will deliver the required performance under real-world conditions.
