Overview
Belzona 7111 has a pourable (flowable) consistency and is specially formulated to spread evenly over uneven surfaces.
It is an ideal solution for casting the foundations of heavy marine propulsion systems and other heavy equipment where precise alignment and secure fixing are of critical importance.
Benefits
No solvents, no shrinkage during cure
Engineered for demanding performance requirements
Easy to mix and apply without specialist tools
Bonds strongly to virtually any rigid surface
Applications
By ensuring that engines and generators are shimmed onto their foundations with precise alignment, they contribute to the even distribution of loads, reduce vibration and ensure a reliable installation.
Used in the shimming of the base plates of pumps and compressors, they help to achieve correct alignment, stable operation and reduced vibration.
Used in high-strength shimming applications to ensure heavy equipment is securely seated on the foundation.
It creates a secure connection by filling gaps and transferring loads during the foundation installation of deck equipment such as cranes, winches, capstans and similar items.
It is suitable for precision shimming applications during the installation of compressors, fans, generators and other auxiliary equipment.
