Belzona 2311, A fast curing, abrasion resistant polyurethane elastomer for high speed emergency repairs, rebuilding and coating of rubber combonents and metal surfaces

Belzona 2311

Overview

A two-component polyurethane resin designed for the rapid repair, reconstruction and coating of rubber and metal components. This flexible rubber repair material has been specifically developed for both emergency and permanent applications where high-thickness application, durability, flexibility, and high resistance to wear and tear are critical. This very fast-curing, cold-curing material can be easily mixed and applied without the need for specialised tools, and cures at room temperature, completely eliminating the need for hot work.

Benefits

Outstanding Wear Protection

Outstanding protection against wear, impact and abrasion

Fast Curing

Rapid return to service after application

Sachet Packaging

Pocket-sized sealed sachets for fast field deployment with no waste

Multi-Substrate Adhesion

Bonds to natural rubber, nitrile, neoprene, SBR, polyurethane, PVC, steel, copper and concrete

Excellent Chemical Resistance

Outstanding resistance to a wide range of chemicals

High Elongation

Outstanding elongation enabling flexibility for moving and dynamic surfaces
