Belzona 2111, high build, abrasion resistant elastomeric material designed for repair, rebuilding and resurfacing of rubber or metal components.

Belzona 2111

Overview

A two-component polyurethane resin designed for the repair, reconstruction (filling) and coating of rubber and metal components. This flexible rubber repair material is ideally suited for applications requiring high-thickness application, durability, flexibility, and high resistance to wear and tear. This material can be easily mixed and applied without the need for specialised tools and cures at room temperature, completely eliminating the need for hot application.

Benefits

Outstanding Wear Protection

Outstanding protection against wear, impact and abrasion

Cold Curing

Cures at room temperature with no hot work or vulcanisation

Multi-Substrate Adhesion

Bonds to natural rubber, nitrile, neoprene, SBR, polyurethane, PVC, steel, copper and concrete

Outstanding Mechanical Strength

High tensile and tear strength for demanding mechanical environments

Excellent Chemical Resistance

Outstanding resistance to a wide range of chemicals

Seamless Application

Small or large areas treated in one operation with no joint lines

Applications

Application Areas
Valves and Seats

Coating of worn sealing surfaces and restoration of sealing performance.

Rubber Components and Joint Bellows

Repair and protection of flexible rubber parts against wear, tear and damage.

Rubber Cylinders and Rollers

Coating and repair of rubber surfaces exposed to impact, friction and wear.
