BELZONA 1111 SUPER METAL – 1 KG

Belzona 1111 is a versatile repair material used for rebuilding, filling and restoring metal surfaces. Typical applications include repairs to main engine and diesel generator cylinder liner cooling blocks or jackets, worn, cavitated or corroded shafts, damaged engine blocks and pump casings, pitted surfaces affected by corrosion or erosion, damaged flange faces, pipes, threads and keyways. Once cured, the material can be machined, sanded or finished with hand tools to the required dimensions and profile.

BELZONA 1212 – 0.45 KG

Belzona 1212 is a fast-curing, surface-tolerant repair material for situations where surface preparation is difficult and urgent intervention is required. It is specially formulated for in-situ repairs on wet and oily surfaces and can be used for pipe repairs and cold bonding where hot work cannot be carried out. It provides a rapid, durable solution and can also be applied in immersed conditions.
