Belzona 1321, a ceramic filled epoxy coating designed to provide erosion and corrosion resistance of metal surfaces.

Belzona 1321

Overview

This is a two-component, ceramic-filled epoxy coating designed to provide erosion and corrosion resistance on metal surfaces. With a 100 per cent solids (solvent-free) formulation, this epoxy coating offers exceptional chemical resistance and adheres perfectly to almost all hard surfaces. Thanks to its high compressive strength, it can also be used with confidence to create flawless shims. This material can be easily mixed and applied without the need for specialised tools; it cures at room temperature, completely eliminating the need for hot work (welding, heat treatment, etc.).

Benefits

Erosion Resistant

Outstanding resistance to erosion damage in flowing fluid and abrasive environments

Corrosion Resistance

Outstanding resistance to corrosion in salt spray and chemical environments

High Compressive Strength

Exceptional compressive strength for load-bearing applications and demanding mechanical environments

Chemical Resistance

Excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals including aqueous solutions, hydrocarbons, and process chemicals

Easy to Apply

Easy to mix and apply without specialist tools
